This spacey 50’s style diner is a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It deserves to be called more than just a diner. The service and food quality is as good, if not better, than a regular restaurant. The bread basket served almost immediately contains a wide variety of freshly baked breads such as raisin, walnut, multigrain, and corn bread. My favorite is the focaccia. For breakfast, I recommend the Orange Lemon Waffle for its delicious flavor (it comes with a lot of fresh fruit which you can get on the side if you want). Or the Country Breakfast (scrambled eggs, house-smoked bacon, sausage, and ham). Lunch provides more choices including grilled cheese or grilled chicken breast with broccoli and mashed potatoes. For dinner I have either the New York Strip (steak) or their delectable salmon. My mom loves their Provençal-Style Fish Soup which is full of fish, shrimp, mussels, and clams in a flavorful tomato broth. Other stand outs are the curried egg salad sandwich on multigrain toast or any fish dish at dinner time. Desserts are extra special because they have their own pastry chef who makes them there. We’ve tried biscotti, the Lemon and Blueberry Meringue Pie, and Frangipane Tart. Next time I go I want to try their root beer floats.
